  1. Who is Glamour Home?

Glamour Home is a drop-shipper for home furnishing and accessories that specializes in design and manufacturing of in trend, high quality home décor items at reasonable prices. Our design team and factories work closely together to present elegant new styles to customers every quarter. From design to shipping, integrated with the state of the art technology and passion, our distribution center focuses on deliver product to end users in a fast and secure manner that exceeds industrial standard and customer expectations.

 

  1. I want to sell Glamour Home products. How do I get started?

Please email us at sales@glamourhomedecor.com with your information (your contact info, website URL, store front location etc.) together with your reseller certificate and tax ID. Your emails will be replied within 48 business hours.

 

3.How long does it take to ship your products?

 All orders will be processed within 2 business days. For ground shipments, FedEx guarantees deliveries 10 business days (while based on our experience, most shipments will arrive within 3-5 business days).

 

  1. Do you provide warranty for your products?

Glamour Home provides 30-day manufacturer warranty for parts. Claims need to be filed within 30 days after the item has been received, and free parts will be provided.

 

     5. Do you accept returns?

Yes, we do accept returns within 30 days after the item is received by customer. Item needs to be in its original packaging and in resalable condition when it returns to our warehouse, in order to receive refund. Glamour Home will not be responsible for the return shipping cost.

   

     6. Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or overseas?

No. We are only able to ship to 48 contiguous states of the United States.
